I have a question. Who do I ask?
We are happy to answer any questions, bug reports or observations you may have. Just fill in the support form on the Support page. You don’t need to create an account or have purchased the software to create a support ticket. When we respond to your ticket via email.
We also have a community forum where you can ask your question or search for answers.
What do I need to include?
Be sure to be specific as possible, and if you are experiencing problems with the software, include your operating system (ex. Win10 64 bit), hardware info (ex. laptop with a SpaceNavigator). Tell us your ControlMyJoystick version (it is displayed on the titlebar at the top of the ControlMyJoystick screen), and whatever details you can. The more info you provide, the better we can assist you.
